Ingredients
- 1 fish
- 1 lemon
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 green chillies
- 3-4 basil leaves
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 500 gms Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 250 gms maida
- 250 gms bread crumbs
- 250 ml oil
- Salt
Method
- Cut fish into finger size & marinate it with lemon juice, salt, garlic cloves, green chillies, basil leaves & curry powder.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese & chopped basil leaves to a plate of bread crumbs.
- Dip marinated fish in maida, bread crumbs & lightly beaten eggs.
- Deep fry it in hot oil.
- Serve it hot with a lemon piece, garnished with basil leaves.
